They really went all out to make my outdoor BBQ and structure come out exactly as we hoped. Gene is really considerate, professional and easy to work with. He restored my backyard and assisted me in working with my insurance to make it come altogether. Highly recommend them for any water damage, mold, or construction restoration or general contract work.
A pipe broke in the wall behind our kitchen sink and had been leaking water for almost a week before the mildew smell became too much for me to handle and I was able to notice it. I called the plumber who recommended Scope, they came out and evaluated the situation and told me they would work with my insurance company directly to take care of the water damage and mold. From there they came out, set up some equipment (rather noisy equipment, in truth) and once my insurance approved the work, they managed the entire process and all I had to pay was my deductible, and for the plumbing repair work.
For the water damage part they removed two walls, were able to save my granite countertop and my cabinets. Unfortunately, I had poor quality flooring and a lot of that had to be replaced. Shaun and his team managed the entire process for me, and rebuilt my kitchen ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Scope for any water damage, mold, fire, and restoration repairs!
We had a hidden water damage leak in a walk-in closet that grew black mold. Called Scope and got an immediate evaluation and estimate for cleanup, tear-out of affected areas, drying the walls, rebuilding, repainting, putting in shelves and installing new carpet. $5500 to take care of a messy, dangerous water damage / mold project. The workers were knowledgeable, and very professional. In addition we had a project manager (Veronika) always available by phone or email to answer questions and scheduling. They even supplied an air scrubber to keep plaster dust out of our adjoining bedroom. This distressing water damage / mold project was handled so well it almost feels like a “good experience” now that it is over.
Had a recent water damage flood with a pipe that burst in my bathroom and flooded the place and called my insurance and they referred Scope environmental and they sent out a crew and I believe the supervisors name was Sevak, anyways they ended up cutting into my walls and drying everything out properly with there equipment and expertise. I recommend scope for any water damage restoration services. Thx a lot guys!
These guys are lifesavers! We had a leak in the roof and it was supposed to rain (odd in LA, I know) and they had Sevak out in a few hours to patch the leak to prevent furture water damage. Poor Sevak had to get on the roof as it was starting to rain, but he was super professional and did a great job. He was done in about an hour or less. We had a good chat while he filled out paperwork and he gave me some excellent Korean BBQ hot spots to check out. I highly recommend Scope Environmental Remediation for emergency repairs, water damage, or construction etc.
My upstairs toilet overflowed while I was at work. Called my plumber and he recommended Scope environmental for the water damage. They got here in an hour, my plumber fixed the leak ( supper silly it was just an angle stop). The techs got right to work, they removed all water, and anything effected by the water damage, they cut out all of the wet drywall, put up their equipment. Two days later they came back finished the job and all I had to do was pay my deductible. Great job scope, Thanks Shaun!
